At Auro, we are driven by the belief that human beings need to look around them to find what tastes great, while determining what ingredients are at their best and most sustainable. This belief is what lead Executive Chef Rogelio Garcia to create a rotating tasting menu highlighting hyper-local and hyper-seasonal ingredients to showcase the wonder of Napa Valley. With Sommelier, Derek Stevenson, Auro has presented a 250-label wine-list that focuses on small and family-operated Northern Californian wineries to seamlessly pair with every dish.
