Auro brings Michelin-starred dining to Calistoga. Our team transforms hyper‑seasonal Napa Valley ingredients into seven courses of contemporary American cuisine, refined through French technique and influenced by Mexican and Japanese traditions.

One Michelin Star
In October 2022, we proudly opened our doors, and after just eight glorious months, Auro earned its first MICHELIN Star in 2023! We are thrilled to share that this momentum has continued into 2025, with Auro securing a MICHELIN Star for the third consecutive year.
This restaurant exists for a single reason: to give you an evening worth remembering.
Every meal is a dialogue between kitchen and cellar, dining room and guest, revealed course by course and glass by glass. We are guided by the pursuit of curiosity, an obsession with craft, and the art of service.

Auro’s Wine Pairing Dinner Series returns in 2026
Held monthly on Wednesday evenings from June through October, each dinner unfolds as a seven-course prix fixe experience alongside rare pours from some of Napa Valley’s most sought-after producers.
