Bringing international perspective and heartfelt hospitality to Auro’s front-of-house, Miguel Ramirez serves as Auro's Restaurant Manager. With a career that spans continents and world-class destinations, Miguel graduated from the renowned Les Roches International School of Hotel Management and began his journey in hospitality at a young age, inspired by the joy of connecting with guests and creating memorable moments through service.

Before joining the Auro team, Miguel held various roles at luxury properties around the globe, most recently at Four Seasons Resort Miami. In 2023, he traded ocean views for vineyard vistas and joined the team in Napa Valley, where he has quickly become instrumental in shaping Auro’s personalized and thoughtful guest experience.

A passionate and intuitive leader, Miguel’s approach to hospitality is centered on authenticity, storytelling, and attention to detail. He believes in the power of a warm welcome, a genuine conversation, and the small touches that turn a great evening into an unforgettable one.

When he's not greeting guests at Auro, you’ll find Miguel spending time with friends and family, watching soccer, exploring the outdoors, or discovering the next great restaurant.
