Hidden within 280 acres in the heart of Rutherford, Quintessa is a biodynamically farmed estate that embodies the harmony of its diverse hillsides, lake, and microclimates. Founded by Agustin and Valeria Huneeus, the winery produces one singular, estate-grown red wine each vintage, a Cabernet Sauvignon-based blend. With 26 individually vinified vineyard blocks, Quintessa highlights the nuance and complexity of its terroir.
The evening features a six-course tasting menu by the Auro culinary team, showcasing their signature blend of refined technique and deep-rooted heritage. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to pair with Quintessa Wines.
