A legendary Calistoga estate first planted with vines in the 1880s, Eisele Vineyard is widely regarded as one of Napa Valley's 'Grand Cru' sites. Farmed organically and biodynamically, the 38-acre vineyard sits at the base of the Palisades Mountains and has long produced some of Napa's most critically acclaimed Cabernet Sauvignon, with fruit once sought by iconic producers such as Ridge, Joseph Phelps, and Robert Mondavi. Now stewarded by Artémis Domaines, the estate continues its legacy of precision, purity, and terroir-driven winemaking. Eisele's wines reflect the vineyard's mineral-rich soils and its heritage as one of Napa's most site-expressive properties.

The evening features a six-course tasting menu by the Auro culinary team, showcasing their signature blend of refined technique and deep-rooted heritage. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to pair with Eisele Wines.
