Chris Carpenter is a master of elevation. For more than two decades, he has shaped the identity of Napa Valley’s mountain wines, crafting bold, structured Cabernet Sauvignons from some of its most revered sites. As the winemaker for Lokoya, Cardinale, La Jota, Mt. Brave and Caladan, Carpenter works across Howell Mountain, Mount Veeder, Spring Mountain and beyond, translating altitude and terroir into wines of depth, tension and longevity.

With degrees in biology, business and enology, Carpenter brings a rare combination of scientific rigour and artistic intuition to his craft. His blending philosophy is grounded in patience and precision, tasting hundreds of lots over time to assemble wines that are layered, expressive and unmistakably tied to place.

The evening features a seven-course tasting menu by Executive Chef Rogelio Garcia, showcasing his signature blend of refined technique and deep-rooted heritage. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to pair with Chris Carpenter Wines, offering a true celebration of flavor, season, and sense of place.
