Perched in the heart of Napa Valley’s Oakville District, Cardinale represents the pinnacle of mountain‑grown Cabernet Sauvignon. Founded in 1982 with a singular mission to craft one extraordinary Cabernet each vintage, the estate sources fruit from Mount Veeder and Howell Mountain to create wines of remarkable structure, depth, and character. Mt. Brave highlights the power and character of individual high‑elevation vineyards across Napa Valley, producing bold yet refined wines that showcase the intensity and elegance of the region. Both produced by Winemaker Christopher Carpenter, Cardinale and Mt. Brave offer two distinct expressions of Napa Valley’s mountain vineyards.

The evening features a six-course tasting menu by the Auro culinary team, showcasing their signature blend of refined technique and deep-rooted heritage. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to pair with Cardinale & Mt. Brave Wines, offering a true celebration of flavor, season, and sense of place.
